Monday in English was about writing
a persuasive letter to a newspaper editor. We are doing this for our CBL
project my letter is about the Testing hours for our schools in NE. While we
were writing we had to fill out our persuasive letter writing plan sheet. Mine
was filled out in detail about what I was writing about. We also had a sheet
that said what to do and what not to do. When writing a letter to the editor of
a newspaper don’t act like your smarter than they are, don’t use big words,
keep your letter short remember the people that you are writing to have many
others to look at. As my classes English class came to an end we had some fun debating
on what we were going to say to the editor about your topic.
