Hi!
Well its Monday bummer right? Weekends gone, I thought today was going to be
boring as every Monday is, but it wasn’t today we had our veteran day program.
The program including songs that the O’Neill Public band along with St. Mary’s
band they played a few songs the one that stuck out the most was “The Star
Spangled Banner.” In fact that happens to be our nations song. Also we had
retired veterans talk to us and tell us stories. A few high school students
also came up and spoke. I didn’t realize how important our veterans are to me
and how proud I am to be free and I’m sure you all feel the same. The veterans name in this picture is
Mel.
